Halcyon provides an excellent platform for corporate arrangements afloat. This classic yacht can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests for day chartersor 8 for overnight stays.

We can tailor-make a corporate day to suit you needs and location, be it on the Solent, in Cork in Ireland perhaps, in Pembrokeshire or on the west coast of Scotland. This could range from entertaining your clients/guests on board for a silver service dinner in a quiet anchorage or taking them sailing for the day and seeing how they work together as a team. You may also be looking for a team building experience for your own staff under the expert guidance of our professional crew. Or perhaps you need to take some key members of your team away for a brainstorming session in inspiring but secluded surroundings. We are fully MCA coded and tour corporate safety standards will be matched or exceeded. Whatever your requirement, you will be guaranteed a memorable corporate sailing day on this stunning 95ft classic sailing yacht. Prices will depend on the particular event and would normally include;

  • Time on board the yacht
  • Professional Skipper and Crew
  • Use of wet weather gear if required
  • Food, drinks, fuel and marina fees

 

A typical day for a Corporate Charter

  • From 0900 Arrive on board SY Halcyon. Guests greeted by tea, coffee and breakfast rolls.
  • 0930 Introduction to the Yacht. Safety briefing, issue of safety equipment and wet weather gear. Run through of the day’s agenda.
  • 1000 Group main sail hoist and enjoy a morning sail heading for a scenic anchorage for lunch. Guests will have hands on guidance on how to sail a classic yacht.
  • 1230 Buffet lunch on deck (weather permitting)..
  • 1400 Depart for afternoon of sailing and wildlife spotting. Guests can experience helming a classic yacht under the guidance of the Captain.
  • 1700 Return to marina. Group photos and Halcyon t-shirts available for purchase. Afternoon tea and cake provided.
  • 1730 Guests depart yacht
