a charter guest on board Halcyon you can pre-arrange the style of menu
you would like for your cruise. According to your choice Halcyon's Chef
can organise a menu to suit your dietary requirements. You may wish to
sample the local delicacies ashore one evening, in which case our Chef
can organise some canapes and a suitable sundowner accompaniment before
you are driven ashore in the Yacht's rib.
