As a charter guest on board Halcyon you can pre-arrange the style of menu you would like for your cruise. According to your choice Halcyon's Chef can organise a menu to suit your dietary requirements. You may wish to sample the local delicacies ashore one evening, in which case our Chef can organise some canapes and a suitable sundowner accompaniment before you are driven ashore in the Yacht's rib.

 

A typical 2 day menu

Day 1 Breakfast Cream cheese & smoked salmon on a toasted bagel Selection of fresh fruit on yoghurt Fruit juice Tea & Coffee Lunch Spanish Tortilla with a crisp green salad and lime vinaigrette Dinner Garlic & herb pate with melba toast ~~~~~ Fillet of Aberdeen Angus with duxelle Seasonal vegetables ~~~~~ Rhubarb & crème brule
