Halcyon provides an excellent platform for corporate hospitality events afloat. This classic yacht can comfortably accommodate 8 guests for overnight trips or up to 11 guests for day charters. Tailor-made corporate events can be arranged for you by contacting email@halcyonyachtcharter.com. This could be entertaining your clients/guests on board for a silver service dinner in a quiet anchorage or taking them sailing for the day. You may also be looking for a team building experience where your clients/guests can help sail Halcyon under the guidance of the crew. The crew can organise a half day, full day or an evening depending what your requirements are. Halcyon will be at Cowes week on the Solent in 2008 and other destinations for these types of trips will be dependent upon the yacht's itinerary for the dates you are interested in. Whatever your requirement, you will be guaranteed a unique corporate sailing day on this stunning 95ft classic sailing yacht. Prices will depend on the particular event and will include;

  • Time on board the yacht
  • Charter of Halcyon
  • Professional Skipper and Crew
  • Use of wet weather gear if required
  • Food, drinks, fuel and marina fees will usually be included in our rates.

A Typical Corporate Day

 

From 0900

Arrive on board SY Halcyon. Guests greeted by glass of Bucks Fizz, tea, coffee and pastries.

0930

Introduction to the Yacht. Safety briefing, issue of safety equipment and wet weather gear. Run through of the days agenda.

1000

Group main sail hoist and enjoy a morning sail heading for a scenic anchorage for lunch. Guests can have hands on guidance on how to sail a classic yacht.

1230

Buffet lunch and a glass of wine on deck weather permitting or down below. If its cold we can arrange to light the wood burning stove.

1400

Depart for afternoon of sailing and wildlife spotting. Guests can experience helming a classic yacht under the guidance of the Captain.

1700

Return to marina. Group photos if requested and Halcyon t-shirts available for purchase if requested. Afternoon tea and cake provided.
